3. Orders, Payments & Transactions
By placing an order, you agree to:
- Provide complete and accurate payment information.
- Authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including taxes and fees.
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel any order.
- Limit or restrict quantities purchased per person or per household.
- Update, suspend, or withdraw our ordering system at any time.
If we cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Standard orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, unless the order has already been prepared.
- Custom or large catering orders must be canceled at least 72 hours in advance for a refund.
Our Right to Cancel:
We may cancel orders for reasons including:
- Product unavailability
- Payment issues
- Suspected fraud
- Safety or quality concerns
In such cases, you will be refunded in full.
5. Allergies, Dietary Information & Liability
All Tasty Vegan Bakeshop products are plant-based. We aim to disclose allergen information accurately. However:
- Cross-contact with allergens (such as nuts, soy, wheat, or gluten) may occur.
- You are responsible for reviewing ingredient information before consuming or purchasing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for:

Tasty Vegan Bakeshop – Return & Refund Policy

We want you to enjoy every bite from Tasty Vegan Bakeshop. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. This Return & Refund Policy explains when returns are accepted, how to request one, and how refunds are processed.
1. Terms of Return
Because we sell perishable food items, most purchases cannot be returned. However, we do accept returns or issue refunds under specific conditions.
Timeframes:
- Perishable food items: Must be reported within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
- Merchandise or non-food items: May be returned within 14 days of purchase.
2. State of Return
To qualify for a return or refund:
Food Items (Cupcakes, Breads, Scones, etc.)
- Must be mostly unused/uneaten so we can inspect the issue.
- Must be in the original packaging, if possible.
Merchandise (Clothing, accessories, containers, etc.)
- Must be unworn, unused, and in original condition.
- Must include original tags or packaging.
3. Reasons for Return
We accept returns or offer refunds for the following:
Food Items
- Wrong item received
- Missing items
- Quality concerns (staleness, damage, incorrect flavor, etc.)
- Order prepared incorrectly
Merchandise
- Wrong item or size
- Damaged or defective merchandise
- Item does not match description
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind on food products
- Items damaged due to improper storage after pickup/delivery
- Custom or special-order cakes unless the error was made by us
4. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or refund request:
1. Contact us within the required timeframe.
2. Provide your order number, photos of the issue (required for food items), and a brief description.
3. We will review your request and provide instructions for next steps.

5. Refund Process
Once your request is approved, we will issue a refund or replacement.
Refund Terms:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit, replacement products, or partial refunds.
Non-Refundable Items:
- Gift cards
- Promotional or discounted items (unless damaged or incorrect)
- Custom-made or specialty bakery items (unless we made an error)

Exchanges are available for merchandise only, based on inventory availability.
